Terms of Business

 

Estimates

All estimates, whether verbal or in writing, are subject to confirmation once the item is in our workshop.

Estimate / Survey Fees

A non-refundable fee of £50.00 plus expenses (charged at 50 pence per mile) plus VAT is charged for all insurance estimates.

Private customers living within our local area are not charged for estimates.

Payment Terms

Private customers are asked for payment in full on delivery of their restored item.

Our terms for trade customers are 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Cancellation of Appointments

We request customers allow a minimum of 2 working days notice of cancellation of estimate, collection or delivery appointments to avoid incurring a cancellation charge.
